November 6th- 10 Weeks

Well, I have decided to spend 10 weeks of my life bettering myself- so I am following this plan where i add 4 things to my life every week in order to become healthier in many different ways. This week I have drank 8 glasses of water each day, taken a 20 min walk daily, cleaned out the cabinet in my bathroom, and saved 1% of my weekly income (well i am working on that one...). Anyways, I will let you know if i become a better person after the last week (and a month after that how many steps i am actually doing...) :)
